Elders Water Trading

Elders have been successfully leasing and trading (sales) water in the South West since 2016.
As our South West rainfall decreases there will be pressure on sourcing water from the aquifers
The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) now requires meters on all bores with licenses in excess of 10,000KL’s.

If you’re not utilising your full allocation, DWER can resume the unused portion or you can permanently trade some or all of your water license.

Water trades can only occur within the same groundwater subarea and aquifer.

South West Aquifer Water
We have clients looking to downsize their water allocation from the Superficial, Leederville and Yarragadee aquifers. If your agribusiness requires extra water and properties are in the Busselton-Capel and Dunsborough-Vasse groundwater areas, please call to discuss
