Clémence spent 25 years working as a winemaker before moving into real estate, giving her a strong practical understanding of agricultural enterprises. Now part of the Elders team, she sells property across the board — from residential and lifestyle holdings to larger rural and agribusiness operations throughout Western Australia’s South West and Great Southern regions.

Her background in both primary production and property means she approaches every sale with clear insight into what makes rural businesses succeed — from soil and water to infrastructure and market potential.
